ESTATE PLANNING KANDI BURRUSS PRENUP

We all want to see a WIN/WIN for young lovers.

However, danger lurks. Real Housewives of Atlanta” star, Kandi Burruss and fiancé, Todd Tucker, almost called off their wedding over their prenuptial agreement.

What a shame that would have been for them both.

This dispute almost ruined the finale of the spinoff show, “Kandi’s Wedding”.

This would have been a tragic lose/lose for everyone.

The couple finally signed their premarital agreement and held their wedding in the late spring.

CELEBRATION TIME!

But, be aware of what was going on behind the scene.

Had these people not employed separate attorneys to assist with complex negotiations, there probably would have been no wedding and no TV show.

In this instance, both Tucker and Burris had accomplished contract negotiation attorneys who were able to advocate for their client’s interest and ultimately the two lawyers skillfully brought the parties to an agreement that worked for both.
